TV Service Manuals (and user guides)
Most engineers want service information (particularly circuits/schematics) on paper ! At ATV we specialise in the supply of TV service info in that form. Please note we do not supply CDs or downloads. For list of manufacturers please scroll down to the sub page list.
We also stock service information for video recorders but not for audio or monitors. We can cross reference most models/chassis even if they are not on our listing. More and more items are continuously being added to our database so please feel free to call if there is a service manual you cannot find.
At ATV we specialise in badge engineered models (e.g. Goodmans, Bush, Matsui, Wharfdale) and also the major manufacturers. Just phone with a model and/or the chassis number to help ensure you receive the correct version.
Alternatively contact us with the PSU, Frame and Jungle (video and timebase) IC types and their circuit references, e.g. PSU = TDA4605 = IC501.
We can usually find an equivalent model/chassis or schematic on request.
Some LCD models can be cross referenced if they have a 17MBXX number on the PCBs.

Please remember we strongly recommend that all service information (particularly on  badge engineered products) is ordered by chassis type. Many manufacturers   (e.g. Philips and Thomson/Ferguson) supply chassis based manuals.                                If in any doubt telephone us for confirmation.
Most information is usually supplied as extracts from the service manual, i.e. Circuit + Service Mode (plus any faults we have experienced) + Block diagrams + Main PCB layouts (if available) for between £7 and £11 plus P/P (usually £2.50 per order).
We also hold stock of some operator instruction guides / user manuals and these are  priced from £5+ P/P. When ordering user guides please ensure you make clear that this is what you want, and NOT the engineers repair service manual, which contains no operating instructions ! ! ! !  If you just ask for “the manual” we would normally send the service manual....

Please Note. We do NOT sell spares. If these are required try Charles Hyde, see “links” page. There is probably some Health & Safety Bollocks ruling about trying  to mend your own TV, so consider this sentence to be a concession to that.
